What changed

Employees earning up to ₹21,000 a month are eligible for statutory bonus. Bonus is calculated on ₹7,000 a month or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher. Bonus for a year is payable within eight months of the year end.

Employers covered by the bonus provisions of the Code on Wages, 2019.
